1. Every day you check your cruise countdown to see exactly how many days you have until your next cruise. If this is one of the first things you do every morning when you wake up, you are addicted to cruising.
2. You check in online for your cruise and print out your boarding passes the moment you make final payment, even if your cruise is 75 or more days away. For some reason, this makes it feel like you’re a little closer to your cruise.
3. You start packing months in advance, or your suitcase is still packed from your last cruise.
4. You tell everyone on Facebook while sharing cruise pictures and articles.
5. Your friends and family members tell you that you talk too much about cruising.
6. You make a list of all the things you’re going to do on sea days.
7. You spend your weekends watching the webcams showing cruise ships enter and leave ports.
8. You continuously visit cruise message boards or one of the various cruise groups on Facebook.
9. You find yourself constantly looking at pictures and videos from past cruises.
10. If you eat, sleep, and dream about cruising, you are definitely addicted to cruising.
When you return...
1. You get home and don’t feel like cooking, so you go to dial room service.
2. You don’t understand why your bed is not turned down and there are no chocolates on your pillow.
3. You’re constantly looking for your Room Steward so that he can fix these issues.
5. You can’t return to the corporate world until you’ve found a buffet restaurant that serves breakfast and has an omelet station.
6. You get in your car, and for a brief period you’ve forgotten how to drive.
